Swaraj Tractors is a tractor manufacturing company in India. The company was founded in 1974 and today it has grown to be one of the most prominent tractor manufacturers in India.
The Swaraj Tractors launched its first commercial tractor Swaraj 724 (26.5 HP) tractor in 1974. But its history starts from 1965. The seed of ‘swaraj’ was sown in 1965 in CSIR Lab. And Swaraj’s first plant was established in Mohali in 1971.
Now the company manufactures a wide range of tractors including compact tractors, multi-purpose tractors, tractor loaders and other agricultural machinery. They also manufacture a range of agricultural equipment such as harvesters, planters and cultivators.
